To maintain proper nutrition and weight loss diet, you should just eat like you normally do, but less amounts of everything. As with any diet, exercise is also crucial to keeping your body in tip top shape.

During a proper nutrition and weight loss diet, you should still allow yourself to consume each of the essential products for life: proteins, vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates and fats. If you chose a diet which eliminates any of these key nutrients, make sure you make up for them by taking some sort of dietary supplement so your body can keep functioning properly.
